Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our legal services firm and drive our digital presence across key social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage diverse audiences, and support client acquisition and retention. As a critical member of the marketing and communications team, you will leverage your expertise in social media management to position our firm as a trusted authority in the legal industry. Your work will directly influence how our firm is perceived online, contributing to thought leadership, public awareness, and client engagement. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with firm branding and marketing objectives.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all digital touchpoints, ensuring compliance with legal industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Engage with followers through timely responses, comments, and direct messages to foster community and trust.

Collaborate with legal professionals and the marketing team to produce educational, informative, and legally compliant content.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools to optimize performance.

Support crisis communication efforts by managing sensitive online interactions with professionalism and discretion.

Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI for senior leadership review.

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within professional services, legal, or corporate environments.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling, on-brand content that aligns with legal industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content calendars.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools such as Slack or Asana.
