Power BI Developer – Airtable, Snowflake & SQL

We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Airtable, Snowflake, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience working on end-to-end analytics projects, building dynamic forms and interfaces in Airtable, transforming data using SQL, and developing interactive dashboards in Power BI and Airtable.

The candidate will work closely with business users to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver user-friendly dashboards, reports, forms, and automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

Build dynamic forms, interfaces, and automated workflows using Airtable.

Design and implement multiple Airtable Interfaces and Automations.

Fetch and analyze data from Snowflake and transform it using SQL and Airtable.

Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and preparation for reporting and analytics.

Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into effective analytical solutions.

Create data models and develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations in Power BI.

Integrate data from Snowflake and other relevant sources into Power BI/Airtable solutions.

Ensure dashboards and interfaces are optimized for usability, accuracy, and performance.

Troubleshoot data, dashboard, automation, and reporting issues.

Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the complete analytics project lifecycle.

Required Experience

3–6 years of relevant experience in Power BI / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.

Proven experience working with Power BI + Airtable + Snowflake + SQL.

Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics solutions from raw data to final business output.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to independently understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Power BI DAX and data modelling.

Experience with Power Query / ETL processes.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Experience with API/data integrations in Airtable.

Experience in automating repetitive business processes using Airtable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
