We are seeking a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Develop semantic models and DAX calculations.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, reconcile reporting issues, and validate metric accuracy across reports and source systems.

• Apply reporting and visualization best practices to improve usability, consistency, and business adoption.

• Optimize Power BI datasets, semantic models, DAX calculations, visuals, and report performance.

• Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to ensure reporting requirements are properly supported.

• Implement governance, security, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Power BI development experience.

• Strong Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service expertise.

• Advanced DAX skills.

Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot underlying data.

• Experience identifying and resolving data quality and reporting discrepancies.

• Experience optimizing Power BI models and visualizations for performance and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and cloud platforms.

• Experience with row-level security and workspace governance.

• Knowledge of reporting design standards and user experience best practices.
