Identify next highest priority problems to solve. Influence the company towards a strategic direction based on your knowledge and expertise<br>Validate the roadmap with customers. Take output from junior product team members' research to advance the planning<br>Plan - Represent Product vision and VOC for your feature/feature set in planning sessions with Design and Architecture/Eng. Be knowledgeable enough to challenge the approach and ensure the best approach is being pursued<br>Build - Be involved in key milestones. Major stakeholder in sprint reviews and weekly demos<br>Launch - Lead customer-facing Early Adopter conversations. Develop strategic launch plan with cross-functional team<br>Grow - Help junior product team members' interpret success metrics, work with customer awareness</p> <p><br>nCino Product Knowledge - As the owner of your feature/feature set you should be able to lead conversations with customers in all segments about the value of your feature(s) in how they solve business problems as well as the vision and roadmap for the overall experience this feature connects to and how that will further add value to our customers. This will include objection handling through your deep knowledge of how other customers use the feature or have adjusted their business process to gain value. You understand how and why our solution is best-in-class (or how is measures up to competitors)<br>Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product decision-making, identify customer behavior patterns, forecast trends, and uncover unmet needs.<br>Apply AI-powered analytics to validate product assumptions, track adoption, and surface opportunities for improvement.<br>Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features that add value to the customer experience while staying informed on emerging technologies and their potential application across the product lifecycle.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p> <div> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, Finance,&nbsp;Computer&nbsp;Science<u>,</u>&nbsp;or a related field with 8+ years of related experience/proficiency&nbsp;or a combination of education and experience&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Outstanding written and oral communication skills&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements&nbsp;</p> </div> <p>Experience with loan origination software/technology and</p> <div> <p>and commercial onboarding, CLM, or KYB/KYC compliance technology&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p>Familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscape (UK MLR, AMLR 2027)&nbsp;</p> </div> <p>Travel Requirements - &lt;10%</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Desired&nbsp;</strong><br>Advanced knowledge of Agile principles<br>Advanced knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
