Principal System Engineer (m/f/d) in Network Division

Salary: 55.000 - 85.000 € per year

Requirements:

You hold a bachelors degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and have many years of professional experience.

You have experience leading teams and can inspire and motivate employees; furthermore, you enjoy helping them grow and are not afraid to make decisions.

You have a strong understanding of network protocols, IT infrastructure, and network security, and possess expertise in working with virtualization solutions.

You are flexible, demonstrate exceptional dedication, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills round out your profile.

Responsibilities:

You will provide technical leadership to the team and serve as a competent point of contact for employees on all technical matters.

In doing so, you will plan and coordinate the optimal deployment of the team, including scheduling for absences and on-call duties, as well as managing service and project assignments.

You will support the team lead in organizational matters.

Working closely with other departments and our customers, you will analyze and develop solutions for complex, cross-functional tasks and challenges; in doing so, you will serve as the point of escalation for issues and ensure their sustainable resolution.

With your expert knowledge, you will advise and support clients and colleagues on projects and support tasks across the entire field.

You will be responsible for managing deadlines for maintenance and service contracts and ensuring they are processed on time.
