Procurement Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships on behalf of UK clients

Obtain and compare quotes to ensure cost-effective procurement

Maintain supplier databases and update procurement records accurately

Coordinate delivery schedules and track order fulfilment

Assist with contract administration and vendor compliance checks

Generate procurement reports and present findings to management

Requirements

2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP software

Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier negotiation

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Reliable home office with high-speed internet connection
