Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

Meet the Team

At Fever, our FP&A team transforms financial data into a roadmap for global growth. We bridge the gap between historical performance and future ambition, ensuring every strategic move is backed by rigorous analysis and fiscal clarity. By partnering with Legal, Operations, and Sales, we address complex financial challenges for new projects and identify the profitability levers that enable us to scale sustainably.

Join us if you want to transform financial data into a global roadmap, uncover profitability levers, and provide the fiscal clarity that fuels our sustainable growth.

The Role

As Procurement Lead, you will own the end-to-end management of global, high-visibility categories and drive one of Fever's key risk initiatives, working closely with Finance, Legal and Ops leadership.

You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity, making decisions based on data and driving programs that scale across a global, high-growth business.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end management of the Travel & Expenses (T&E) and Communication categories globally: sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, program strategy, and policy.

Design, implement, and manage Fever's new Vendor Risk Management program, covering 9,000+ vendors globally — building risk assessment frameworks, due diligence processes, and ongoing monitoring.

Partner with internal Fever teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders) to identify needs, standardize requirements, and translate them into procurement and risk strategies.

Scout, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers at local, regional, and global level, balancing cost, quality, and risk.

Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including VP-level audiences.

Lead and develop a team: set priorities, coach for growth, and ensure execution against goals.

Monitor market and industry trends and translate them into strategies.

Define and roll out purchasing and vendor risk policies, procedures, and governance globally.

Who You Are

6+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or a related field, including proven experience managing and developing a team.

Experience managing the Travel & Expense (T&E) category highly valued.

Experience designing or running a vendor risk management, compliance, or due diligence program is highly valued.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.

C1-level English and Spanish, both required at a negotiation level, written and spoken.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills; comfortable managing global, cross-functional programs.

Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, global, high-growth environment.

You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
