Join our Product Implementation Team, where we partner with hospitals to drive meaningful operational improvements throughout the perioperative and surgical journey. We focus on optimizing operating rooms (OR) access, utilization, and scheduling and staffing workflows to improve efficiency and improve patient access to care and readiness prior to surgery. In this role, you will work closely with hospital clients, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our iQueue for Operating Rooms product. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout

Partner with cross-functional Customer Success team members to ensure that the product and workflows are designed and configured accurately and optimally

Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand workflows and align the solution to operational goals

Partner with perioperative leadership to translate clinical needs into optimized workflows, driving decisions and stakeholder alignment at every stage of the implementation

Engage and influence executive stakeholders to align on operational goals, drive adoption, and ensure accountability for achieving measurable outcomes

Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and operational teams clearly understand data, integration, and setup needs

Configure the product to reflect customer workflows, including block build, scheduling configurations, access management, and OR utilization optimization

Design and execute validation and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow alignment prior to go-live

Navigate complex data sets to troubleshoot issues, validate inputs, and support implementation decisions

Lead change management efforts to drive adoption and ensure the product becomes the source of truth for OR analytics and other workflows (scheduling, staffing, etc.)

Monitor implementation progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure readiness for successful go-live

Travel up to 40–50% to customer sites

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience

3+ years of professional work experience working with data and analytics, within healthcare preferred

2+ years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting or implementation management

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills; experience working with complex datasets

Experience working with healthcare IT systems and data (EHR familiarity preferred)

Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and driving alignment in complex environments

Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical)

A maniacal obsession with customer success—you take ownership and move quickly to solve problems

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams with high attention to detail and organization

Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices

BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE

Experience working in perioperative or surgical environments

Experience implementing enterprise software solutions

Experience and passion for process improvement and Lean or Six Sigma training

A graduate degree from one of the following programs: MS, MHA, MBA
