Own API integrations strategy end-to-end: gather and document custom requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and documentation

Take on the role of product owner for the team — manage the backlog, plan sprints, and drive execution in an agile environment

Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, UX, CS, and partner teams to ensure smooth integrations development, communication, and launch

Monitor integrations performance and usage metrics; identify improvement opportunities and drive resolution of issues and bugs

Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to surface new integration partners and best practices

Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges clearly to internal and external stakeholders across all levels

Partner with product marketing to plan and execute go-to-market for new integrations and features

Champion quality by validating that delivered features meet requirements, design intent, and customer expectations — and enable internal teams through training and documentation

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences

Strong technical aptitude — able to quickly learn complex software systems and understand how different users engage with them

Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements, align on outcomes, and deliver integration products that solve real business problems

Proven ability to identify product gaps and deliver clear, data-informed recommendations for improvement

Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions

Experience in a SaaS environment; Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience preferred
