If you are passionate about mobile products and want to work on apps with real scale, Gismart is the right place to grow, take ownership, and make an impact.

About the project

At Radiotech, we believe music should be accessible to everyone — not only to those who grew up taking lessons.

We are a product team inside the Gismart ecosystem, focused on building and growing music apps across iOS and Android. Our portfolio includes products with millions of installs, rich functionality, and a long history of product development. These are apps that help users not only consume music content, but also play, learn, practice, create, interact, and enjoy the process.

Our goal is to make music feel more approachable, engaging, and human for beginners, hobbyists, and people who want to bring more music into their daily lives.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will not wait for perfectly detailed instructions, but will proactively identify opportunities, take ownership, and move the product forward together with the team.

Responsibilities

Own the user journey from the first purchase to the end of the customer lifetime

Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and LTV

Work with mobile app functionality, onboarding, paywalls, subscription mechanics, content flows, learning flows, and engagement loops

Build and prioritize the product roadmap together with leadership, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and creative teams

Run product discovery through user behavior analysis, market research, competitor analysis, support feedback, and product analytics

Write clear product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and experiment briefs

Launch and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, retention, engagement, and monetization

Track product metrics, build conclusions from data, and make ship / iterate / kill decisions

Collaborate with UA, PMM, creative, ASO, and growth teams to improve the full funnel from acquisition to long-term retention

Proactively identify problems and act without waiting for detailed instructions

Requirements

3+ years of Product Management experience in B2C mobile products

Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android app development processes

Strong understanding of subscription or freemium monetization models

Proven experience improving product metrics such as conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, activation, or engagement

Experience working with mobile product teams: engineers, designers, QA, analytics, marketing, and product leadership

Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, A/B testing, and experiment interpretation

Ability to work with ambiguity, define priorities, and move initiatives forward independently

Experience writing clear product requirements and leading initiatives through the full lifecycle: discovery, release, analysis, and iteration

English level sufficient for working with international teams and analyzing global market references
