Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will do

Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement

Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint reviews)

Monitor risks, quality and project progress

Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them

Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize the feedback into effective solutions

Own product backlog and make sure it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed and stories description is enough for the team to successfully implement features

Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary.

Be able to define short and long term goals

What should my qualifications be?

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management/Product Ownership/Product Management.

C1+ English level

Experience in both B2B and B2C products.

Experience working with e-commerce platforms (at least 3 years)

Team player with ability to set up collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders, team of engineers

Skill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to details

Empathy with effective communication skills - both verbal and written

Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM)

Regular tools knowledge: GSuit (Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.), Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, Flutter, etc.
