Product Manager Software (m/f/d)

Salary: 36.000 - 60.000 € per year

Requirements:

We are looking for several years of professional experience, preferably in software product management or a comparable role.

We require completed studies in (business) engineering or a comparable field.

We value an independent and structured approach, analytical thinking, and the ability to find practical solutions to complex tasks and communicate or moderate complex topics.

We expect a good understanding of software products and their life cycle.

We value a customer-oriented approach and a team-player mentality.

Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.

We require very good German and good English skills.

Responsibilities:

We entrust this role with requirements management for Eplan solutions covering preplanning and concept engineering for discrete and continuous processes, with regard to our focus markets, target industries, and existing and potential customers.

We expect this role to develop product strategies for our business areas, especially in the process industry, energy, and building technology.

We rely on this role to analyze market trends and competitors, identify opportunities for our software solutions, and derive strategic recommendations.

We expect this role to manage business cases and use cases by identifying, validating, and maintaining them, and deriving development priorities and product roadmaps.

We expect close collaboration with our internal departments, including Vertical Market Management, Sales, Go-to-Market, Solutions, and other divisions.

We expect this role to coordinate relevant stakeholders and communicate visions, strategies, and developments within our company.
