Übersetzen dieser Anforderungen in technische Aufgaben für unsere Entwickler (Issue Tracking / User Stories).

Testen neuer Funktionen zur Gewährleistung von Qualität und Konsistenz.

Erstellen von Schulungsunterlagen, Durchführung von Einführungen und kontinuierliche Dokumentation – unterstützt durch KI.

Analyse bestehender Abläufe und aktive Einbringung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen – sowohl technisch als auch fachlich.
