Production IT Engineer

Salary: CHF 77'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.

Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Opcon, GoAnyhere, Python, Bash, PowerShell.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on-premise and Cloud).

Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices.

Provide Level 2/3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams.

Work with the Production team (Product-Support, Exploitation), Integration team, Infrastructure teams (Databases, Systems, Networks), Development teams, and Service Management teams (Incidents and Problems).

Contribute to the evolution of our production environment as part of a dynamic team of 7 engineers within the IT Operations department.

Support the Scheduling, File Transfer and Monitoring activities inside the IT Delivery Team.
