Role Description
Dropbox is looking for a Program Manager within our People Operations, Rewards, and Technology team (PORT). You will join a talented team to deliver operational services, optimize people processes and ensure that Dropboxers have amazing experience throughout their career. Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global Contingent Workforce program.
Serve as a primary point of contact for CW processes, escalations, and program-related questions from MSP.
Partner with the MSP, suppliers, hiring managers, HR, Legal, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent program execution.
Monitor program processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Maintain and continuously improve CW policies, processes, documentation, and governance.
Support reporting, compliance, and program performance tracking.
Support ServiceNow enhancements and updates.
You’ll work with Dropbox vendors to troubleshoot and resolve day to day issues/inquiries.
You’ll develop and ensure standard HR operating procedures are in place with clear SLAs
You’ll collaborate with partners in HR, Recruiting, and Finance to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans when issues arise, ensuring the highest quality employee experience
You’ll work closely with the HR Project Managers to support project execution and continuous process improvement and onboarding and Contingent workforce operations.
You’ll maintain documentation for each part of the service, and drive communication outwards to stakeholders when necessary.
You’ll identify and make recommendations on program/process changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential operational improvements.
You’ll support ad-hoc HR Ops tasks and reporting.
Work cross collaboratively across all regions with the respective onboarding team.
You’ll create SOPs and Job Aids when necessary for documentation and to streamline processes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR administration in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
Experience in Workday and HR Operations service request management
Strong customer-service skills with proven track record of customer satisfaction
Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail and Google Docs
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience with ServiceNow
