Job Duties and Responsibilities: Support the expansion and sustainability of High-Fidelity Wraparound throughout New Mexico. Provide training, coaching and fidelity monitoring of Facilitators in Training, Certified Wraparound Facilitators, and Coaches at behavioral health agencies statewide. Responsibilities include providing support to Wraparound program staff and provider leadership to sustain their own community outreach, program promotion, and referral processes. Provide in-person and virtual training and coaching of the NM-HFW model to identified Wraparound provider agency staff from onboarding through certification. Conduct fidelity evaluations according to the NM-HFW Program Manual & Provider Implementation Guide. In-State Travel required.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.
Equivalent Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications: Experienced trainer; familiar with Motivational Interviewing and the Nurtured Heart Approach. Certified NM High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator with 3 or more years of experience in Wraparound; NM HFW Coaching Endorsement.
Special Certification/Licensure: Certified High Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator; NM HFW Coaching Endorsement
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Environment:Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
Physical Effort:No or very limited physical effort required.
Lifting Requirements:Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
Risk:No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
