The COI provides training and program implementation support throughout New Mexico to strengthen and expand the behavioral health and other child and family-serving systems in New Mexico.

Target Hourly/Salary Rate: Commensurate with qualifications.

Appointment Full-time Equivalency:1.0

FLSA Status: Exempt

Bargaining Unit Announcement:This is NOT a bargaining unit position with American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

Standard Work Schedule:Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee Program and Training evaluation, serve as primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding program and training performance, evaluation development and implementation, and provides strategic analysis of program and training effectiveness and evaluation to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience. Master's degree or higher preferred.

Equivalent Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: Background in child welfare, behavioral health and related systems.

Special Certification/Licensure: Certified Family Peer Support Worker in New Mexico

Environment:Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Physical Effort:No or very limited physical effort required.

Lifting Requirements:Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.
