What the posting says
Position Summary:
At managed.com, we're a remote-first, global team. We're also AI-first, so finding practical ways to use AI is part of every role here.
As the Program Manager, Vendor Operations, you will own the recurring vendor catalog publication cycle and drive automation of how vendor updates are processed and delivered to partners through the platform. This hands-on role combines data analysis, API integrations, and technical program management to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of vendor catalog updates.
What you’ll do:
Own the monthly vendor catalog publication cycle end to end, including delta review, end-of-sale handling, plan continuity and publication to partner platforms
Validate catalog and price-list output, identify incorrect results before publication and coordinate corrective action
Prototype and automate recurring vendor operations with different engineering teams using data, APIs, scripting and practical AI tooling
Build and maintain the vendor obligation calendar for API deprecations, program changes, enforcement deadlines and price-list republications
Track vendor release notes and announcements and translate them into dated commitments, requirements and operational plans
Lead vendor release and enforcement programs, including work-back plans, test plans, communication plans and go/no-go coordination
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape platform requirements from vendor specifications and operational needs
Maintain partner-facing knowledge, release notes, announcements and vendor escalation paths in collaboration with SaaS Delivery and Professional Services
Make routine publication decisions independently and escalate changes that affect partner-visible commitments or dates
Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs
About you:
5+ years of experience in program, product or engineering roles within B2B SaaS, cloud or distribution
Hands-on experience owning a recurring, deadline-bound catalog, price-list or production data pipeline
Working-level ability to analyze data at scale and compare catalog outputs between cycles to identify meaningful changes
Practical scripting capability in Python, SQL or an equivalent language to build initial checks, reports or prototypes
Ability to read vendor API documentation and release notes and assess the operational impact of technical changes
Cloud channel, CSP or distribution literacy, with vendor-catalog or price-list experience at a distributor, marketplace or CSP platform considered an asset
Daily practical use of AI tools, with experience taking responsibility for the quality of AI-assisted output
Ability to coordinate work across Engineering, Product, Delivery and partner-facing teams without direct authority
Strong ownership, attention to detail and judgment when working with partner-visible data and external deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP or NCE, Adobe VIP Marketplace, or comparable platforms is considered an asset
Spanish is considered an asset for collaboration with peers based in Spain
Communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English, with other languages considered an asset

Remote-first work, with team members across many countries
Competitive pay, benchmarked against the markets we hire in
Room to grow, with real ownership of your work and support for professional development
Flexibility in how and when you work, within the core hours your team needs
