MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ProgramOperations Manager.This is a remote position with up to 25% travel.

CONUS/OCONUS travel up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
12+ years of experience serving as a Technical Project Manager.
12+ years of experience delivering professional services within classified environments.
1+ year of experience acting as a Technical Direction Letter (TDL) Manager on a FEDSIM Service Delivery Model Program.
Demonstrated experience managing and executing SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) and SPOT (Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker) compliance.
Security + certification
Preferred Qualifications:
17+ years of comprehensive project management experience.
Direct experience providing support to Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) or deployed support to named combat operations.
1+ years supporting a FEDSIM Service Delivery Model Task Order
10 + years supporting DoW and the Intelligence community on cyber focused programs
Clearance Requirements:
Required Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Must be a U.S. citizen
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
