Requirements
What you'll bring to the table:
Strong organization and communication abilities
Deep knowledge of project management
Working directly with our Art Directors to build plans and proposals
Manage projects to ensure milestones are completed on schedule and within budget
Tracking resource availability for staffing and assignments
Ability to lead teams by instruction and example
Enthusiasm to expand knowledge in keeping with industry evolution
An understanding of game production pipelines and workflows
Strong critical thinking abilities to mitigate and resolve issues
Expertise in office admin programs such as Google Sheets, Docs and Drive
Bonus Points:
Experience in multiple software packages and game engines (i.e. 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush, Unreal, Unity)
Understanding of industry standard techniques and tools
Ability to create budget and time estimations for asset production
Experience working with large teams and milestones
Mixed resume / portfolio - 2D, 3D, Rigging / Animation, Tech examples
