This is not a status-reporting role — it's an execution and unblocking role. You'll be the single point of accountability for "will this ship, and what's in the way," working closely with the product team to coordinate this, who defines priority and scope, and with engineering, CRM, payments, and compliance stakeholders who build it.This role exists because priorities are set at the product level, but cross-functional execution - sequencing, dependency management, unblocking teams day-to-day needs a dedicated owner per initiative. You'll typically run one or two concurrent projects rather than managing a portfolio. This is not a status-reporting role - **it's an execution and unblocking role**. You’ll be the go-to person for syncing cross-functional teams, sorting out dependencies, and **clearing any roadblocks in their way**. Instead of juggling a massive portfolio, you’ll focus on **driving just one or two projects at a time**. **Must-haves 👍** * 3+ years **leading cross-functional delivery of technical or product initiatives** (platform migrations, integrations, or system rollouts strongly preferred). * **Comfortable operating without formal authority** - you get things done through clarity and relationships, not org-chart power. * **Strong instinct for what's actually blocking progress** vs. what's just noise in a status update. * **Clear, concise written and verbal communication** - able to brief both engineers and executives on the same update. * **Experience working alongside Product Owners/Product Managers** with a clear understanding of where the line sits between the two roles. * Demonstrated **ability to write clear status reports and risk analyses** - bring writing samples or a portfolio example to interview. * Hands-on **fluency building and maintaining Gantt charts / timelines and dependency maps** (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, MS Project, or similar) - this is a working skill we'll ask you to demonstrate, not just a checkbox. * Required: **prior experience in iGaming - casino and/or sports betting** with working knowledge of the space (platforms, CRM/gamification, payments/cashier flows, compliance rhythms) so you can hit the ground running without a long ramp-up. 🏖️ 23 days of vacation 👩🏾‍⚕️ Health care: Private medical insurance for you and your family. 🗣️ Continuous learning: Free English and Spanish classes and ongoing professional development opportunities. 💻 Pro equipment: Your laptop and everything you need will be sent to your home so your setup is the envy of the neighbourhood. 🫂 A very fun team-building event across all teams, with guaranteed good vibes.
