Job Responsibilities

Manage real-time market making production systems and strategies.

Conduct comprehensive quantitative research on various DeFi protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends.

Stay informed on market conditions, regulatory shifts, and industry news affecting DeFi assets.

Develop core mathematical models, conduct comprehensive risk profile research, and implement proof of concept.

Continuously monitor and assess the performance of implemented strategies, responsible for performance and risk management.

Job Requirements

Advanced degree (M.S or Ph.D) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.

Profound understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Proficiency in financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strategic thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills

Proficiency in implementing statistical concepts using Python, R, C++, or related programming languages.

Previous experience in DeFi or cryptocurrency trading is a considerable advantage.

Eagerness to learn in a highly intellectual, innovative environment.
