As an RCM Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will turn revenue cycle data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and provider clients. You will build and maintain reports, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and help teams understand opportunities to improve billing, collections, claims performance, and overall revenue cycle operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering key revenue cycle metrics

Analyze accounts receivable, claims, denials, payments, collections, and reimbursement data

Monitor metrics such as AR aging, denial rates, clean claim rates, collection performance, and payment trends

Identify significant changes, trends, and anomalies in client and operational performance

Prepare regular performance reports for internal teams and provider clients

Translate complex revenue cycle data into clear findings and actionable recommendations

Partner with billing, coding, AR, and client success teams to investigate performance issues

Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies before information is shared with stakeholders

Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests related to client performance and operational improvement

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role

Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and key performance metrics

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting

Experience creating dashboards or reports using a business intelligence or reporting platform

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to identify meaningful trends and explain their business impact clearly

Strong communication skills and ability to present data to both operational and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple reporting priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment

HIPAA-compliant private workspace

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a similar business intelligence platform

SQL experience

Experience working with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or another healthcare system

Revenue cycle management or healthcare operations background

Experience preparing client-facing performance reports
