Position: Legal Expert — Finance & Real Estate (Project Donna)

Type:Contract

Compensation:$100–$120/hour

Location:Remote

Commitment:~30 hours

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated legal content in finance and real estate to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Review six blinded AI deliverables for each legal matter and provide detailed feedback.

Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a standard output and document preferences.

Write concise, specific rationales for each preference to improve AI model outputs.

Work independently and adhere to deadlines while following written instructions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in finance and real estate.

Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, and usefulness.

Precise written English skills.

Ability to work independently to written instructions and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Legal

Confidentiality: All work is covered by NDA. External AI tools must not be used on any project material.
