Reconciliation Infrastructure Associate

Role Summary

You will join Payoneer's Reconciliation team as a hands-on owner of BlackLine, the system that reconciles around a million transactions a day from hundreds of data sources. You'll handle day-to-day system support, configure new flows as the business evolves, and work closely with our offshore investigation team and our accounting reconciliation team. This is a role for a systems-minded person with a feel for numbers who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to grow at the intersection of finance and technology.

What You'll Do

Own daily BlackLine support: handle tickets, troubleshoot issues and keep reconciliations flowing

Configure and maintain the system to support new flows, products and a fast-changing business

Support our offshore investigation team when data or processes in the system break or go missing

Review system outputs with the accounting reconciliation team, including journal entries

Take part in month, quarter and year-end close activities

Translate business needs into system solutions and lead process improvements and automation

Analyze anomalies, raise red flags and escalate issues when needed

Who You Are

A. in Economics or a related field

2-4 years of experience, beyond a first role

Hands-on experience working with business systems (e.g., ERP, operational or reconciliation systems)

A strong grasp of numbers and a basic understanding of accounting

Fluent English, spoken and written, for daily work with international teams

Able to manage several tasks at once and meet tight deadlines, especially during closing periods

Flexible, resilient under pressure and eager to learn in a dynamic environment

Experience with BlackLine or other reconciliation systems is a strong advantage

Involvement in a system implementation or go-live project is an advantage
