Regional Sales Manager

What you will do

Manage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors)

Create and build partnerships with regional distributors

Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions

Motivate and support distributors with information

Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region

Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors

Understand the regional market and its development

Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service

Work with analytics based on statistical data

About you

You have more than 3 years of experience in sales (direct selling, MLM sector, beauty industry, FMCG)

You speak fluently German. Russian is a string advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to make key decisions and solve problems, , service-oriented person
