Support store audits, assist with mystery shopping programs, and help maintain accurate reporting on sales, marketing performance, and inventory.

Who we're looking for:

Comfortable working on store launches and supporting performance improvements.

Strong with data and numbers, especially around store performance, inventory, and customer feedback.

Hands-on problem solver who can react quickly in fast-paced environments.

Collaborative and comfortable working with franchise partners, store teams, and internal stakeholders.

Customer-focused and motivated to improve in-store experience and satisfaction.

Fluent in English and French, other European languages are a plus.
