The Role

We’re looking for a high-impact Revenue Enablement Manager to facilitate and continuously improve our new hire onboarding program for North America. This role will be responsible for managing an exceptional onboarding experience that equips new hires with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to ramp quickly and become productive members of the revenue organization.

You’ll serve as a key facilitator and owner of the day-to-day onboarding experience, partnering closely with Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Talent Acquisition, and the broader Enablement team to deliver a consistent, high-quality program that drives new hire readiness and performance.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate & Deliver New Hire Onboarding

Own the day-to-day delivery and facilitation of our North America new hire onboarding program

Facilitate engaging, high-quality live training sessions for new hires across Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams

Create an exceptional learner experience that balances strong content, engaging facilitation, and practical application

Prepare thoroughly for each onboarding cohort, ensuring content, materials, technology, and logistics are ready for delivery

Adapt facilitation and content based on the needs, experience levels, and feedback of each cohort

Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional leaders to incorporate relevant product, process, and business knowledge into onboarding

Continuously Improve the Program

Identify opportunities to improve existing onboarding content, structure, activities, and delivery based on learner feedback, performance data, and business needs

Iterate on existing programs to continuously raise the bar on quality and effectiveness

Keep onboarding content current as products, processes, messaging, and go-to-market priorities evolve

Introduce new learning activities, practice opportunities, and reinforcement mechanisms that accelerate new hire readiness

Maintain strong operational rigor and attention to detail across all aspects of program delivery

Measure & Improve New Hire Readiness

Track key indicators of onboarding effectiveness and new hire readiness

Gather and analyze feedback from new hires, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement

Partner with RevOps and Enablement leadership to understand how onboarding performance translates into ramp and productivity

Use data and insights to make informed recommendations and continuously improve the program

Partner Across the Revenue Organization

Build strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Development, RevOps, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional partners

Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure new hires receive accurate, relevant, and consistent information

Communicate clearly with stakeholders on upcoming cohorts, program changes, learner feedback, and areas of opportunity

Serve as a trusted point of contact for the North America onboarding experience

Must-Have Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, learning and development at a B2B SaaS company

Strong live facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence a room

Experience delivering onboarding, training, or learning programs for sales, customer success, or other customer-facing teams

Exceptional organizational skills and operational rigor, with strong attention to detail

Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences

Strong instructional design capabilities with experience building thoughtful, learner-centered content, translating dense material into clear, usable resources

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts

Data-driven mindset with an ability to use feedback and performance insights to improve programs

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a high degree of ownership

Nice-to-Have

Experience facilitating onboarding programs at a high-growth technology or SaaS company

Knowledge of sales playbooks and methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or equivalent)

Experience designing roleplays, simulations, or other experiential learning activities

Experience working with LMS, learning technology, or enablement platforms (Mindtickle, Synthesia, etc.)

Experience across the full sales cycle from lead sourcing through closing and account management
