About the Role

As a Rust Engineer, you'll be a key player in the expansion of our decentralized systems. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teamsengineers, product managers, designers, and security expertsto build and scale core services and node infrastructure.

What Youll Do

️ Develop Rust-based core components to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability

Implement cryptographic protocols (e.g., threshold approvals, digital signature aggregation)

️ Design consensus logic, smart contract integrations, and policy management frameworks

Build APIs connecting on-chain and off-chain operations for seamless interoperability

Work closely with product, blockchain, and security teams to deliver robust solutions

Write high-quality, production-grade code with comprehensive test coverage

What Youll Bring

3+ years in Rust systems programming with production-level experience

Strong grasp of decentralized systems, blockchain concepts, and cryptographic methods

Proficiency in async programming and low-level systems optimization

Experience designing secure and scalable systems

Nice-to-Have Experience

Worked on Web3 or blockchain-based products

Familiarity with identity systems: OAuth, OpenID, DID, Verifiable Credentials

Knowledge of secure enclave programming and cryptography

Experience with smart contracts, secure multiparty computation, or DeFi

Comfortable working in a remote environment
