Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Professional with specialized expertise in HRSG and Simple Cycle power generation to join our Construction team. This pivotal role is designed to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety and regulatory compliance within our energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety protocols specifically tailored to HRSG and Simple Cycle power generation environments.

Conduct rigorous site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.

Lead safety training initiatives, ensuring all personnel are proficient in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour standards relevant to the construction sector.

Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety measures into the construction lifecycle from planning through execution.

Maintain accurate documentation of safety compliance, training records, and audit reports.

Requirements

Possess 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in safety management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on power generation facilities.

Demonstrated proficiency in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30-hour certifications, with a deep understanding of their application in industrial settings.

Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and best practices specific to HRSG and Simple Cycle power generation systems.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and management to drive safety compliance.
