We're after someone to join our Sales Completion team - the beating heart of our business. Our platform is changing the game for car sellers and dealers, making it easier and fairer for everyone. But a bit of tech can only go so far; that's where you come in. You'll be the expert guide for our customers, helping them get the best price for their car. It's a bit like being a brilliant matchmaker, but instead of people, it's cars and cash. You’ll be right in the middle of it all, negotiating, problem-solving, and celebrating with customers. We're a team that loves to learn, so you'll have loads of opportunities to grow your skills, take on new challenges, and really make your mark.

What you'll do

Be the trusted expert for car sellers, delivering a seamless, can-do post-auction experience.

Take the lead on negotiations between sellers and dealers through amazing interactions, making sure everyone gets a fair deal.

Work with your team to hit targets, boost conversions, and keep quality standards sky-high through sustained productivity.

Collaborate with our Account Management teams to make sure sellers and dealers are perfectly aligned.

Help us shape the future by testing new features and giving us your honest feedback.

Experience you'll need to be successful

A genuine passion for helping people and a talent for building solid rapport.

A proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence in your negotiation skills, whether you're on the phone or typing away on email.

The ability to work to a high standard and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Experience in a customer-facing role where you’ve worked with targets and KPIs.

SHIFT PATTERN

Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm

£26,000 starting salary plus commission (£36,500 OTE)
