The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role is the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to book meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

Build lead lists using Websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories

Research prospects to personalize outreach (company size, focus, pain points)

Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria

Schedule consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team (Doctor, Nurse, Owner, etc.)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM

Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events

Understand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry, with additional background in Customer Service or BPO roles preferred

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls

Proficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase)

Experience using CRM systems (required)

Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).

High school diploma or equivalent.

A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.

Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage

Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution

A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
