What the posting says

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support our sales growth through outbound outreach.

Requirements

Your Mission:

Drive Pipeline Through Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, with cold calling as your primary outreach channel. Start conversations, identify business needs, and create new sales opportunities;

Book Qualified Meetings: Engage decision-makers, qualify their interest and potential fit, handle initial objections, and schedule relevant meetings for Account Executives;

Own Your Call Activity: Consistently work through target lists, follow up with prospects, and take ownership of key outbound KPIs, including call activity, conversations, and meetings booked;

Support Outreach Across Channels: Use email and LinkedIn to complement your calling efforts, follow up on conversations, and increase engagement with prospects;

CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Keep prospect information and interactions up to date in the CRM, track outreach activity, and provide visibility into results and pipeline;

Share Market Feedback: Capture common objections, prospect needs, and market insights to help improve messaging, targeting, and the overall sales approach.

You Are:

1–3 years of experience in cold calling, SDR, BDR, telesales, or inside sales, ideally within B2B SaaS, consulting, IT services, or another B2B environment;

Confident and comfortable on the phone – you are not afraid of reaching out to people who have never interacted with the company before;

Able to quickly build rapport, communicate value, ask the right questions, and handle common objections;

Persistent and resilient – hearing “no” doesn’t stop you from making the next call;

Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results such as conversations, qualified leads, and booked meetings;

Process-driven and disciplined in CRM usage and follow-ups;

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your outreach activity.

We Offer:

Clear opportunities for professional growth within the company;

Supportive team and access to a modern sales stack;

Coaching, sales enablement, and leadership support;

Ownership from Day 1 – your conversations directly contribute to building our pipeline and driving company growth.
