Job Summary

Manages, develops and implements programs and contracts to meet organizational objectives, increase market share and profitability of products and services.

Job Requirements

Designing policies and objectives for contracts and programs. Providing input for forecasting and formulating program development budgets.

Acting as a liaison to ensure that programs, organizational marketing, field marketing and sales activities coincide.

Assisting in analyzing programs and making suggestions to increase effectiveness. Assisting with conducting market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.

Developing programs and program materials to increase 'sell-through' and return on investment.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

The target salary range for this position is 196,350 - 280,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
