Sales Representative Consumer CZ (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

increase sales by mazimising the shelf share in store

check assortment in store in order to minimise OOS

define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets

monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximise potential of each store

identifying customer needs and recommend product solutions

regular reporting of results

communication with Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales KAM, Customer service, communication with retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies

Qualifications:

at least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage)

2-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience

communication skills in Czech/Slovak (level C1, C2) and basic English (level A0/A1 or higher is an advantage)

place of residence: Prague, Prague-West

up to date market knowledge

understanding sales tools & practices

excellent verbal communication skills

self-motivated and organised individual

ability to build relationship with key contacts
