What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll be a point of contact for our merchant partners, helping them get timely answers and keep their stores running smoothly on Wolt. You’ll respond to emails and support tickets, make menu and assortment edits, resolve day-to-day issues, and work with internal teams when a request needs further support.

Merchant Support – Respond to merchant emails and tickets with clear, helpful answers, keeping partners updated until their requests are resolved.

Menu & Assortment Management – Make accurate updates to restaurant menus and retail assortments, making sure their catalogue is kept up to date and compliant with our internal guidelines.

Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot merchant, equipment, and operational issues, escalating complex cases to the right team and following through on the outcome.

Sales & Operational Support – Help Account Management and Merchant teams with partner requests, administrative tasks, and store updates.

Quality & Accuracy – Check that merchant information and menus are accurate, and ensure our merchants are operating to the Wolt standard.

Process Improvement & Collaboration – Spot recurring issues, share merchant feedback, and work with internal teams to improve the partner experience.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment

Experience in onboarding, account management, operations, customer success, or merchant support is

considered a plus

Familiarity with food delivery, marketplaces, or e-commerce environments is considered an advantage

Fluent in English, Maltese is a plus

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
