Focus areas: Customer Care, Catalogue/CPQ and COM specialisation.

Analyse requirements and understand business needs.

Develop, configure and customise solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Apply unit testing to validate the behaviour and robustness of new features.

Contribute to defining the most suitable technology strategies and solutions for the project.

Document all features and configurations developed, ensuring traceability and easy maintenance.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Apex programming.

Implementation and configuration in Salesforce Communications Cloud.

Knowledge of Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio).

Use of GitHub and Visual Studio Code for development.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Proactive attitude towards solving challenges.

Team player.
