SAP BI Technology Specialist (d/f/m)

Salary: 70.000 - 100.000 € per year

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

Extensive Business Intelligence experience, preferably 5+ years, with mandatory technical expertise in SAP BW and BW/4HANA developments.

Mandatory experience with Business Objects reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and BPC projects; BO administration skills are desirable.

Strong knowledge of ABAP and SQL; experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, UI5, Fiori, CDS, or ODATA is beneficial.

Proven ability to work proactively with stakeholders across the project lifecycle under strict timelines in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Excellent analytical capabilities, decision-making skills, and effective communication to engage business stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in English and good German skills.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements, translate them into digital solutions, and contribute to defining the overarching BI strategy, roadmap, and standards.

Design, develop, and implement high-quality BI solutions in line with development guidelines, prioritizing user experience and business outcomes.

Deliver projects on time, on quality, and on cost using agile methodologies to implement new functionalities based on business processes.

Ensure seamless integration of new tools and updates while driving simplification and consolidation of the application landscape.

Direct internal nearshore and offshore team activities and lead change management efforts after deployment.

Advise on the scoping, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of relevant BI information systems while coordinating communication across digital areas.
