SAP In-House Basis Administrator (m/f/d)

Salary: 43.000 - 83.000 € per year

Requirements:

Completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d), or a degree in computer science or business informatics—or a comparable qualification

Several years of experience in SAP Basis administration

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, system architectures, as well as installations, upgrades, patches, and system copies

Ideally, experience with SAP Fiori

Analytical, structured, and independent work style

Strong communication skills, team spirit, and consulting expertise

Very good German skills and good English skills

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and further development of our SAP S/4HANA system landscape

Ensuring stable SAP operations, including monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting

Planning and overseeing installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities

Managing transports, changes, and user and authorization concepts

Supporting integrations such as interfaces, middleware, and cloud connections

Implementing security and compliance requirements

Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Documentation of technical processes and system landscapes
