Lead SAP and IT transformation projects from initiation through Go-Live

Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and quality

Drive business process optimization across key functional areas

Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation plans

Coordinate cross-functional teams, external consultants and system integrators

Support project governance, steering committees and stakeholder communication

Drive change management, user adoption and organizational readiness

Ensure compliance with governance, security and audit requirements

Monitor project performance, financials and business value realization

Continuously improve project management practices and methodologies

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field

Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives

Proven experience managing complex projects and global stakeholder environments

Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

Experience in project governance, risk management and budget control

Structured, resilient and adaptable approach in dynamic environments

Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
