Requirements:

You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, supported by several years of professional experience to demonstrate your practical knowledge

You are a natural leader when it comes to facilitating meetings across all levels of the organization, using advanced techniques to create engaging, productive conversations that drive collaboration and results

You possess an in-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, along with proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to effectively manage team workflows

You are a master of organization and time management, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, while earning a reputation for delivering precise and accurate analyses

You thrive in dynamic environments, tackling new challenges with a positive, proactive approach

You have experience in confidently leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies with precision and expertise, guiding teams toward success

Responsibilities:

Guide and coach our Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers

Foster a high-performing team culture by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing effective coaching techniques tailored to individual and team needs

Facilitate a deep understanding of Scrum within the team by ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines

Empower the Scrum team by coaching them to become self-organized, enhancing cross-functional skill sets and domain knowledge while promoting effective communication

Help us drive decision-making by collaborating with the Scrum Team and various stakeholders to influence decisions and support the overarching goals of organizational product teams

Remove roadblocks to actively resolve team impediments in partnership with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters, enhancing the effectiveness of Scrum practices across the organization

Work alongside other Scrum Masters to share insights and grow within the role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Facilitate Scrum events by leading and supporting all scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
