Requirements:
Degree in IT (or equivalent) and 10+ years of practical experience in ABAP programming (S/4HANA preferred)
Strong knowledge of OO-ABAP, Adobe Forms, DDIC, BAPIs, IDOCs, OData, Web Services, and Enhancement Framework
Experience in core SAP modules (e.g., FI-CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM)
SAP certifications are a plus
Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, team spirit, and the ability/willingness to coach new colleagues
Strong communication skills in both German (C2) and English
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain ABAP code while writing technical documentation
Work closely with Key Users/Service Owners and apply Airbus development standards and SAP Best Practices
Perform root-cause analysis and drive quality, performance, and security improvements
Contribute to S/4HANA strategies and ensure compliance within the Change Management process
Guide, coach, and mentor junior developers within the department
