Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and partners

Lead line reviews, sell-in presentations, and ongoing business updates with customers

Analyze syndicated data (Circana/IRI) and internal performance to identify opportunities and risks

Develop compelling, data-driven stories to support distribution, shelf placement, and promotional strategy

Create and manage account forecasts in partnership with demand planning and supply chain

Monitor and manage account performance against sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and execution

Support and manage broker relationships as needed

Track competitive activity, category trends, and customer insights to inform strategy

Operate with a strong P&L mindset, understanding the financial impact of decisions

Qualifications

3–5 years of account management experience, preferably within drug or mass retail channels

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to retail buyers and internal stakeholders

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority

Self-starter with a scrappy, business-owner mindset and comfort operating in a lean, fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings
