Your Role

As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you will take on the critical role of monitoring, controlling, and maintaining cutting-edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. You will be the key to providing innovative solutions to both technical and business challenges, ensuring seamless operations that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What You Will Do

Monitor, control, and maintain cutting-edge systems across an expansive IT infrastructure.

Validate system events and alerts, executing preventative tasks to maintain stability.

Escalate potential outages or abnormal situations swiftly using a proactive approach.

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, sharing actionable insights on best practices and resource utilization.

Solve technical and business challenges by providing innovative, seamless operational solutions.

Collaborate with diverse teams and technical specialists on strategic, cross-functional projects.

Interact directly with customers to understand their unique needs and facilitate successful, cohesive partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience

In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.

Experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.

Windows Server certification.

CCNA/CCNP certification.
