What the posting says

Are you ready to change the market?

PAIR Finance is reimagining debt collection: We've developed the most advanced AI technology in receivables management, fundamentally transforming the entire collections industry. Today, with over 260 employees, 600+ clients, and 10+ European entities, we're leading the way in AI-powered receivables management - delivering higher recovery rates while protecting our clients customer relationships.

You're responsible for the quality of our collection processes and teams. You develop trainings and document processes that enable your colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality work. Based on sample insights, you analyze gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and directly translate these into optimized trainings and processes. You're the bridge between operations and quality assurance - with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement.

You work internationally with teams across different markets, expanding our documentation and training materials to new European markets.

Ready to join us? We'd love to see your application!

Your Responsibilities:

Training Design, Delivery & Quality Improvement: You develop, implement, and optimize trainings and learning paths. Through regular sample analyses conducted by the team, you identify gaps and directly translate improvements into new trainings

Process documentation & expansion: You document, update, and expand our process documentation to additional European markets (such as the UK)

Knowledge management: You build and structure a knowledge database that serves as a foundation for AI-powered tools and support the quality management department in AI-driven processes

Data-driven optimization: You leverage our KPI reporting for continuous improvement of our quality standards

International collaboration: You work cross-functionally with teams across other entities and squads to anchor processes and documentation locally

What we're looking for:

Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of internationally varying regulatory requirements, ideally in Collections and/or Data Protection

AI tools: Basic understanding of AI-powered tools such as Claude and their practical application

Soft skills: Independent, structured work style with ownership mentality and strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Debt Collection in the UK and applicable regulatory requirements

Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
