Your mission

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Boardwise, you will act as a trusted advisor to some of our largest enterprise customers, including leading German corporations and DAX-listed companies.

Your role goes beyond traditional Customer Success. You combine strategic account ownership with consulting, change management, and executive stakeholder management. You will guide customers through implementation, adoption, and organisational change, while advising Board Offices, Executive Assistants, Governance teams, and C-level stakeholders on how to improve collaboration, meeting processes, and decision-making.

You should feel confident leading customer meetings independently, facilitating workshops on-site, and representing Boardwise in highly professional corporate environments.

Your responsibilities:

Manage strategic enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, Board Offices, Executive Assistants, Governance teams, Legal, and IT

Lead consulting, implementation, and change projects with complex stakeholder structures

Independently conduct on-site customer meetings, workshops, trainings, and consulting sessions

Advise customers on governance, meeting preparation, collaboration, and decision-making processes

Identify organisational challenges and translate them into clear recommendations and actionable next steps

Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers

Identify adoption risks and develop strategies to increase usage, engagement, and customer value

Represent customer needs internally and collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Leadership

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success processes, playbooks, and enablement materials
