(Senior) Financial Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)

Your mission

Independently managing the day-to-day financial accounting for our property companies and holding companies

Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Luxembourg GAAP

Preparing and submitting VAT returns on time

Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Preparing the annual tax documentation for the tax advisers

Supporting the optimisation of financial processes and systems

Contributing to diverse and exciting projects in the finance department, where you can bring your ideas and specialist knowledge to bear

Your profile

A degree in a business-related subject specialising in accounting, or a commercial apprenticeship with more than three years’ professional experience; further training, e.g. as a chartered accountant, would be an advantage

In-depth knowledge of standard accounting software, ideally DATEV or Business Central

A passion for working in a dynamic environment and the ability to maintain an overview even when dealing with a wide range of tasks

A strong aptitude for numbers and the ability to quickly grasp interrelationships

A conscientious, structured and results-oriented approach to work

The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

Fluency in spoken and written German at C2 level and English at B2 level
