Build and maintain reporting that gives functional leaders continuous visibility into their cost structure
Develop and embed internal and external KPIs into recurring business reviews for your assigned function(s)
Support the annual operating plan and long-range planning processes
Partner with functional leaders to identify cost drivers, flag risks and opportunities, and pressure-test assumptions
Support ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and executive requests as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a corporate environment
Ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built
Experience with ERP and financial planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, or Foundry
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience in a high-growth company
Familiarity with SG&A cost structures and allocation concepts
