Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

We're a young, well-funded health-tech startup on a mission to make quality care reachable for everyone. By enabling doctors to deliver distributed healthcare solutions, we bring treatment to patients in remote and underserved areas — and we're already operational, serving hundreds of patients every month.

This is your opportunity to join at an early stage, have a direct impact on patient health, and help shape our tech product from the ground up. As a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus, you'll spend most of your time crafting fast, accessible, and intuitive interfaces while contributing across the stack, working hand in hand with product and design.

Tasks

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend applications with React

Develop and integrate APIs in our Node.js (NestJS) backend

Turn design concepts into polished, accessible user experiences

Write clean, testable, well-documented code and help raise the bar on quality

Take part in code reviews, architecture decisions, and the continuous evolution of our engineering practices

Help maintain and gradually modernize legacy services

Requirements

Solid professional experience as a full stack developer (5+ years)

Strong command of TypeScript and modern React

Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query — or the proven ability to pick them up fast

Working knowledge of Node.js, ideally with NestJS

A good grasp of APIs, state management, and component-driven development

A genuine focus on quality: testing, performance, and accessibility

Clear communication and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have: Spring Boot (Kotlin) for our legacy stack, experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, and familiarity with CI/CD
