If you love taking titles 0→1, talk math and logic seamlessly with engineers, and leverage AI tools daily to move at lightning speed, this is your playground.

What You’ll Own

Own 0-to-1 Delivery: Turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators.

Design & Define: Build complete Game Design Documents (core loops, odds, UI, art/audio) and align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations.

Ship & Scale: Manage RNG certifications (GLI-19, BMM, eCOGRA), platform distribution, and post-launch live ops based on real GGR and margin data.

Build with AI Daily: Use tools like Claude, Codex, and Gemini to accelerate specs, math modeling, and prototyping.

What Makes You a Fit

4+ Years in iGaming: Proven track record shipping live titles, with fluency in instant-win, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats over traditional slots.

Math & Tech Fluent: Able to dissect payout distributions, hold technical conversations on settlement logic, and spot broken economics instantly.

AI-Native Operator: Active user of AI tools with specific daily workflows to share.

Bonus Points

Experience with provably fair mechanics or crypto casino launches.

Live certified titles in MGA, UKGC, Ontario, or Curaçao.

Prior experience with aggregators (SoftSwiss, Hub88, Fusion).
